Products like these items can then become short runs OEM devices.

Product Development is not new for SWS, in fact we have helped dozens of companies develop products to sell since 1991.

We will take the development through the concept, design, prototype, redesign, field trials, seeding markets to full production.

Some things to be aware of when asking for Product Development

We will enter into a Non Disclosure Agreement right away, to protect you and us.

For the lowest cost solution, please come with a good idea of what you require. Bring your prototypes if you are that far along, or if in idea/concept stage, any of your sketches, specifications, drawings, flow charts, plans etc, all this will help as we formalise it into becoming an original design and specification - a Product Development Project.

We will take the product development through the concept, design, prototype, redesign, filed trials, seeding markets to full production, based on Purchase orders and Quatotations with sign offs adn milestones, for no surprise development

Once the Product is developed, SWS will then build the production runs and supply finished product for market.

We have ability in this area and as an OEM supply house can procure parts easily and fast, for the right budget also.

Strict Policy

SWS has a strict policy for Product Development. and has developed over the years a simple methodology and procedure system for doing products with sign offs at milestones, invoicing and customer involvement all the way through Product cycle.

We ask for a Purchase Orders for this formal design cycle adn building, with tight specifications, with sign off and money/invoices up front and on milestones before starting any product development.

Capabilities

We have a mechanical engineer for hardware design and build, doing custom machining and fabrication, also electrical and electronic cabling work.

We also have a project engineer developing in PICs and low power portable systems.

Plus a host of contracts that work with us for specific skills in each project.
