Ethernet for Industrial
Systems:-The next most potent subject
and technology on the move is Ethernet for Industrial systems.
We are talking to a large audience at present who want to move
this way.
We distribute the main developers of this technology OPTO 22
and Intelligent instruments (Texas Instruments).
Looking at OPTO 22 products. There are two levels of utilization available.
Level one:- The Ethernet Brain configurable systems that are pretty smart.
Level two:- The totally programmable Ultimate I/O solutions, programmed with scripts or flow charts which can be made to do almost anything.
These are some of the things you can do with data from these OPTO 22 products besides control and monitor, send SNMP messages, SMS text, hit up pagers, dial phones, send emails, upload to the FTP sites, serve pages and they can be HTML or XML and much more. Have a look!
M2M and OPTO 22:- The question is why are Nokia M2M and OPTO 22 so hot.
Well, the reason is middleware software. This is software that most hardware systems demand you write to make a system. With Nokia M2M and OPTO 22 most middleware is not required; much of the work can be done at the browser level.
