Graham Carter, MasTec's Integration Manager, left MasTec in mid July, and is moving to Canada to further his professional career.
Hitul Shah will step into the new role as Integration Manager shortly. Hitul has been working for MasTec now since 2002 and has in that time been involved in some large project, working in Teststand, LabVIEW, VC++ and other tools, with PCs, PDAs, Micros and Wireless systems.
He has spent several months with a large software development team inside another company, programming PXI Test Systems. This has given him a greater insight into program design and integration management.
He will work closely with Christian Moxon, who has become our senior programmer, having shown considerable talent in using and building with a diverse range of software tools over the last year.
Christian recently completed a large QA Laboratory measurement and reporting system for a multinational company, that involved data acquisition from PCI boards, serial streams and manual data inputs. Data was then analysed and stored in an SQL DB and then accessed over a corporate intranet, Crystal Reports presented the QA reports to desktops.
Wireless integration will be undertaken by Hitul and Christian, both who have worked with M2M, GSM, GPRS, Direct RF and CDMA technologies.
Wireless sales will now be taken up by Adam Samir, in fact, he has been doing most of the background work in Wireless for sometime now, having established the distribution with the BlueTooth company, HandyWave and also he is working very closely with the Nokia, Fargo and Radio Technology products.
We are looking for two new staff members ( read a little more ) right now. We are looking for an administration person and a junior sales person.

GPRS/GSM Application Kit
Rabbit-based control via GPRS/SMS communications
Z-World's GPRS/GSM Application Kit provides all the tools necessary to sample and develop applications that combine a Rabbit-based control device with a GSM/GPRS modem . The libraries and sample programs allow for a device connected to the cellular network to send SMS (text) messages to a RabbitCore module (RCM) that can interpret messages as commands and in turn execute control functions. The RCM can also send/receive GPRS e-mail wirelessly to/from any PC, GSM device, or cell phone. The LCD/keypad module included in the GPRS/GSM Application Kit incorporates a menu system that provides for an easy interface to read or send text messages and e-mail.PDA DAQ Catalog

"Our bodies are a direct reflection of our mind state" actually "Our world is a direct reflection of our composite mind state (consciousness, awareness, our awakening)"
In last months Health Tip, it ended with:
In July we will
look at unconscious existence versus aware living
If you have read from the beginning of the year, by now you will
have got quite an understanding on how perception shapes and sculptures
our lives.
If we live unconsciously, that is not watching our minds and being vigilant about correcting for projections, blame, reaction, fear etc we will actually be living in a haze, (surrounded in a bubble of thoughts and perception) that create our very experience even without us being aware of why or how it is all happening. In fact we will be living inside an illusion reality. Some people, would say, as they watch others, that they may even be living inside a dream reality.
Unconscious living brings rise to things like, politics, religions, laws, cultures, (gross levels) as we apass over control of our lives to some external body) or can also include things like not looking after ourself well (lack of self love), eating poor food, hatreds, bitterness, resentments, anger, unforgiveness, blame, projection and all sorts of continuous dramas and strifes ( this is at a simpler individual levels) . Often our lives will become a cycle of continous spiralling events, with saboteges and fear ruling. Many relationships sit inside this and no one can figure out why and how to fix it all.
And it ALL can be justified even by the intellect, have you noticed that, we can certainly justify (shift blame, project) and by using our ego mind in an extreme way we can take ourselves to places we don't want to be, holacausts, wars, pollution and much more.
Actually by now you will have worked out that this is the world and it is accidental living, not a deliberate living. Plans are laid but the minds are not always aware of what is causing the swirl of confusion and why the plans don't work well all the time. When we pass off authority to outside ourselves we find ourselves living in cultures, religions, laws, politics, institutions and other domains of fear. The history of humanity is a giant testimony to unconscious living, a grand happening, with ego in control.
On the large scale, peace plans come and go, as do wars and strife and at a lesser level, our lives swirl and ebb like the tide, as we don't quite get on top of our monsters, fun/funny isn't it.
There are several ways to manage it all and one of the most common ways, is to shrink the world we live in until we can get control in that size, and in that form, a constricted fearful form, we survive, not live.
Aware living is the opposite.
We are involved in watching the mind, sorting things out so we continue to grow in awareness and reduce out perception that do not serve us well, with the key mind focus at all times, is to remain inside the love state. We will be taking full responsibility for all actions and end results. Nothing is outside us, everything is inside us, all power comes from inside, all decisions are made inside, and if we find we are in ego mind, projecting, justifying, blaming etc, we jump back as quick as we can and let that perception that tooks us there, go and forgive ourselves. We will not blame anyone, we will let everyone be innocent, our reality comes from inside and outside us, has no affect on the state of our mind.
It is all mind, get the mind running right, live in the love state, imagine a world like this, can you? Heaven on Earth it has been described as. What a nice way to finish for the month.!
And with that finale, this will be the last health tip for the MasTec eNewsletter.
I hope you have enjoyed them all. Back copies are on the web.
I know this series on the mind has aroused a great deal of interest and discussion amoung many. Re-read them, what is there are the secrets of the universe, which are now being exposed on many bill boards around the world. You see, we as a composite group have all decided the secrets we have been hiding for so long now need to come out and be dusted off and used. Time don't you think?
The future will bring all of you in to contact with more and more material like this, expect it, the world is rapidly changing due to minds awakening daily around the world to aware living.
For those that have enjoyed the newsletters and want to know more, talk more or share more, I welcome your emails.
Peace of mind to you all.
