Infranet Systems
has several sites in NZ running now and in July shipped their
first export order with possibly more to come from the same client
if all runs well remotely.
On time of
writing, they have comms and the data is flowing to the web server
fine from a country in the Pacific.
Infranet Systems
make Web based connected remote monitoring and control systems
for Infrastructure running out of sites on ADSL, 3G, GPRS etc.
The End Point
Infranet System has local intelligence and has a configured set
of rules of how to operate and maintain the site if comms is
lost. If comms is lost, data is still collected and held in the
remote end and when comms is re-established the data is sent
to the web server, to up date the graphs and displays etc for
the clients page/s.
The infrastructure
can be almost anything, such as resouces like fuel, water, electricity,
bulk material and security
It can manage
devices or systems like these: - pumps, gensets, UPSs, motors,
alternative power, any tank system, battery banks, silos.
Typical locations
are industrial, generation, pumping, reticulation sites as well
as building complexes, hotel, resorts, apartments and marine
service sites, even marine floating systems, like ferries etc.
The nice thing
about this IP Based system, is that all the customers get a web
page/s to view their systems performance with historical data
plots etc. So view anywhere even on your 3G phone, iphone etc.
For security
or alarms, the system can do SMS text or emails to central locations
etc for remedial correction or site visits
New Model Releases:
Infranet Systems
are site testing level 3 of their software which configures remotely
of the web, so the system will be even more versatile. Release
date is before the end of the year at this point.
Infranet have
also released a hardened galvanically isolated end point module
for harsh sites, with all I/O digital and analog having isolation.
Also including standard 4-20mA analog loops with loop power.
All digital in and out are isolated to 4000VRMS and analogs to
1500VRMS.
They can be
boxed in IP68 rating now
