Vibration analysis using ICP® accelerometers has never been so portable, easy, and cost-effective before.
Datastick just introduced four ground-breaking products at ISA EXPO 2004 in Houston:
· The Datastick® DAS-1258 vibration analysis and data acquisition module for Palm Tungsten(TM) handhelds. It provides up to 4 channels of FFT display at up to 1024 points at bandwidths up to 0-5 kHz. It can accept low-power accelerometers such as those manufactured by Crossbow, or ICP accels with one of our ICP adapters. Check it out at http://www.datastick.com/das1258.html.
· The Datastick VSA-1227 and VSA-1247 Vibration Spectrum Analyzers. These are rugged, fully self-contained Palm Powered(TM) handheld computers with 2 (VSA-1227) or 4 (VSA-1247) ICP inputs. They provide up to 4 channels of FFT display at up to 1024 points at bandwidths up to 0-5 kHz. They're dust-proof and waterproof to IP67 standards and contain a 1,900 mAh rechargeable battery. You can find out more at http://www.datastick.com/vsa1227_1247.html.
·
Datastick
Spectrum software,
which is included with all of the above hardware products. This
software provides 13 user-selectable bandwidths, user-selectable
FFT block sizes up to 1024 points, and 9 different windowing options.
It also allows you to export your collected data to Excel on your
pc with a single push of a button and one mouse-click.
