Rigol is changing the instrumentation market place rapidly.
They have recently introduced a range of Virtual Scopes and Virtual Multimeters
The Scope range has 4 models 60, 100, 200 and 300MHZ analog bandwidth, sample rates to 2GS/S equiv 25GS/S with good memory deeps.
The Multimeters have two models, a 5-3/4 digits or a 6.5 digits model with high sample rates and additional multiplexers
These are impressive and extremely good value.

Both are LXI connected, allowing easy intermingling with other products.
Software drivers are now standardised for these types of products, so they are an easy fit to your test rig.

Inside China in 2006, Rigol won the EDN China 2006 Innovation Award and National Best Innovation Award.
Outside China in 2006, besides cooperation with Agilent, Rigol started cooperation with the Japanese Iwatsu instrument company and the biggest European catalogs distributor Conrad.
So there is a happening here and everyone will feel this over the next few years as the Chinese engineers take on and beat USA, Japanese and European manufacturers at their own game, much like the Japanese did 20 years ago.
